How it works

  • Apply online — quick eligibility check (age, postcode, right to work).
  • Friendly conversation — we confirm that it’s right for you and we talk through your support needs.
  • 8 weeks of training — 2-3 days a week, in Stratford, East London.
  • Complete & interview — you’ll sit a guaranteed interview for a real role once you have completed the full programme
  • Ongoing support — we keep working with you for up to 6 months to secure the right job.

Programme Details

  • Delivery pattern: approx. 2-3 days/week (live, tutor-led).
  • DBS: enhanced DBS is required (we’ll help you apply if you don’t have one).
  • Attendance: we expect strong attendance so you’re fully prepared for work.
  • Travel Expenses: we know travel costs can add up, so we have a travel reimbursement scheme in place to help learners cover reasonable travel expenses while attending sessions.
  • Cost: £0 for eligible learners — fully funded by the GLA.
  • Access & support: let us know any learning or access needs; we’ll support you.
